About
I’ve always been drawn to natural forms of healing.
I grew up in a home where food was medicine long before I had language for it. Fresh, organic meals made with care were simply normal. Natural remedies were the first line of support when I was sick. I assumed everyone lived this way until I realized they didn’t.
In my early twenties, life felt fast and impulsive. Somewhere along the way, I began to feel disconnected from my body. I was bloated, reacting to gluten, experiencing acne, and after eight years on hormonal contraception, I felt emotionally flat, like something essential had been muted.
That disconnection became a turning point. Instead of pushing through, I started listening.
I enrolled at the Academy of Healing Nutrition and became a certified Holistic Health Coach. There, I deepened my studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and ancestral longevity practices inspired by thinkers like Weston A. Price. For the first time, I could blend my lifelong love of food with a deeper understanding of why certain foods support the body the way they do.
When I removed my IUD, I stepped into the world of cyclical awareness. I became fascinated by the rhythm of the menstrual cycle, how energy shifts, how appetite changes, how the body speaks differently in each phase. I also noticed that much of the popular conversation around cycle syncing felt incomplete. Through my studies and lived experience, I began integrating cyclical awareness with holistic nutrition in a way that felt grounded, not trend-driven.
Over time, I healed my relationship with my body. My gluten intolerance resolved. Chronic UTIs improved through nourishment and lifestyle shifts. More than anything, I developed compassion for my body, especially my cycle.
Instead of trying to silence symptoms, I began asking what they were pointing to.
